Advice centres

Come and talk to one of our experienced volunteers.  We run free monthly advice centres spread across the month during school term times in Thornton Heath, New Malden, Aldershot, Kent, Hampton Court, Oxford, High Wycombe, Manchester and near Waterloo station in central London.

Appointments are not necessary, though if the Centres are busy, your consultation time may have to be limited.  We advise you not to arrive before the start time because waiting space is very limited.  Also, it is normally busy at the start, so getting there later may be wiser.

Bring along any relevant papers, preferably filed in date order to save time and make it easier to help you.

Please note: In order to give you the best service, please do not bring children to the advice centre with you.  If you have no option but to have children with you, please bring another responsible adult to supervise them in the waiting area during your advice session. This is to ensure their safety and prevent disturbance to other parents who have come for advice.
